Company name
Please have 2 options ready, in case your first choice is unavailable
Pre-approved company names are also available
Purpose of business (i.e. investment holding, trading of physical goods, etc.)
The names of any other companies that may be associated with the purpose of business
Country of activity
Country where the majority of business takes place (if any)
Share structure
Including the number of shares, and paid-up capital
Source of wealth
Options include: gifts, inheritance, investment gains, earnings, etc.
