Jason Fang
Jason earned his BA degree in Economics from the University of California Riverside, and got his MSc degree in Economics & Econometrics from the University of Illinois. He specializes in corporate structuring, tax planning and residency solutions. Jasonās goal is to provide customized solutions that meet the unique needs of his clients, and help them achieve their financial objectives.
Michael Fawdry
Educated at Worcester Royal Grammar School, Michael joined the largest Building Society in the UK, āThe Halifax,ā directly from school. His responsibilities encompassed deposit-taking and arranging mortgages. This was succeeded by a tenure with Midland Bank PLC, in Jersey, Channel Islands, where he handled substantial foreign exchange transactions for corporate entities. Moving to Asia in the mid-nineties, Michael began working in financial services in Hong Kong. Michael is currently a licenced insurance broker registered under the Hong Kong Insurance Authority.
Frank Zhang
Frank has extensive experience both in legal private practice and in wealth management industry. Frank has been working as a lawyer in several international firms for over ten years where he has represented both foreign multi-national and Chinese clients involved in cross border acquisitions, various stages of financing and investment as well as funds and HNWIs involved in family office and trust structures. Frank obtained his JD degree from University of Missouri Kansas-City, School of Law. Frank is admitted to practice law in New York and is qualified as a Chinese lawyer.
